Pink Pepper Returns and Exchanges Policy

Pink Pepper.us provides warranty up to 30 days from delivery date.

Within this 30 days timeframe, customers may contact us to request a return for a exchange or a refund.

Items must be returned with the following characteristics:

-Unworn/used

-Unwashed

-In their original state with all labels and tags, original package and box

-Following our R.M.A instructions given by our staff via the ticket center.

Returned items that do not match the characteristics above will not be accepted.



HOW TO CONTACT US FOR A RETURN?

1.Submit a new ticket with your return request with photos (below 2MB) displaying the defects, SKU number, product outer package here. Please also kindly include in the ticket with your order number and your return reason.

2.We will review your request and resolve it. For a faster process, please kindly provide all the details as above.


PINK PEPPER’S Warranty

Our warranty applies for the following cases

Faulty items:

Please contact us at our Support Center to ensure proper processing. Please select the appropriate Return Reason Code and specify the damage, defect, or wrong item(s) on the Return Form as soon as possible and following our return procedure. We will endeavor to provide the best service possible to resolve any issue.



Sizing & fitting and incorrect items:

We strive to provide you with accurate sizing information on each product page. We are a wholesaler of many brands and do not manufacture clothing ourselves. Customers need to carefully check before ordering. There are 2 possibilities:



1-If the customer ordered the wrong item:

We will allow you to ship the merchandise back for a product refund or exchange as long as the item is in original state (unworn with all labels and tags). Please note that the purchaser is responsible for all shipping charges. Pink Pepper does not supply return labels.



2-If Pink Pepper sent the wrong size or wrong item:

Pink Pepper does take pride in the products we ship out! If you observe in your item size is not as described in the size chart, we will fix it for you. Simply contact us via the ticket center with your order number and SKU number.

For wrong item or not as described: please send us clear pictures of the product you have received, its SKU number and its shipping label on the package. Please keep the attachment size below 2MB.

Missing items or accessories:

Kindly inspect the package carefully especially if the accessory is small. Please contact following the warranty procedure, we will offer a solution. We will resend the accessory if applicable or refund the accessory.

ADDITIONAL NOTES

R.M.A (Return Merchandise Authorization)

-All returns must be approved by customer service team BEFORE you return the item. Our customer service will provide you with the RMA instructions and form.

-Shipping fees to return the item back to us are customer’s responsibility and are not refundable

-On the 31st day from delivery date the item is not covered by the warranty anymore

-Items which are exempt from refunds, exchanges or replacements include all apparel listed under the underwear(woman's intimates) swimwear earrings special categories and any discounted items.

Finally, if Pink Pepper is responsible for any error in your order, we will resolve it to your satisfaction.

What is item processing time?

After the receiving of your order, we conduct Quality Control checks and testing in order to ensure the product's quality prior to shipment. The processing time varies depending on the specific product with the average processing time approximately 3 business days; however, it can also be affected by the item's stock status. If your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues, the order can take between 5-10 business days to process.

Important Notes:

• Certain items are prohibited by some shipping carriers. If your order contains these items for the shipping carrier you selected, we will re-route your order via another carrier to ensure it arrives safely. This may require additional shipping time.

• All estimated/typical delivery time are derived from real world data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

• Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. This is outside our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

• It can take a few days following order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

• All packages are shipped out from our distributors warehouses therefore, some items may arrive in separate packages at different times..

After we dispatch your goods,

we will email you a tracking number for the courier company (this will be based on your email preferences). Depending on the chosen courier, there may sometimes be a delay of one working day between dispatching your order from our warehouse and obtaining the shipping tracking number. If you have not received a tracking number from us, it probably means that we have not sent out your order yet.

Please be patient.

Most orders take 1-3 days to complete the verification, packing and dispatch process. If you require additional information on the location of your order, please open a ticket in the support system (at support.trendsgal.com) quoting your order number(s) and we will assist you.
